TRE can help diminish our "error frequencies"

I posted an article earlier this week about heightened solar activity and its effects on human emotional dynamics.

Here is the snippet again, as a reminder:

"The amount of stress is increasing in our society, due to a successively intensifying chain reaction. To summarize, we are now exposed to an increasing energy flow from the sun, which energizes our "error frequencies" or personal properties. This causes our properties to express themselves according to their specific qualities, and the need for expression has increased considerably lately (during the last 10 - 100 years). The process is being intensified."

 Furthermore, the article states:

"The energy structures [blockages that cause stress] are like material, with their own resonating frequencies. These frequencies can be inverted and “mirrored”. This can only be done by the art of resonance, or by holograms. A natural method for getting rid of the energy blockages is “Right Meditation”, i.e. the Cosmic Brain-program. By this method, neutral energy, i.e. “energy without thoughts”, and unaffected by energy obstructions, is allowed to dissolve the energy obstructions. This is a process that occupies a number of years. How many years varies considerably between individuals. The process can be facilitated by complementing the meditative efforts with use of some kind of equipment that dissolves the energy obstructions."

Full article

I'd like to suggest that the groundbreaking Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) are an excellent tool for assisting us in dissolving the energy obstructions mentioned in the above article, so that we can harness the incoming heightened energies of the sun.

One of the most astounding things about the neurogenic tremoring mechanism that TRE activates, is that it is built right into our bodies, being genetically encoded.

We are ALL literally walking around with inner "equipment" for dissolving energy obstructions!

I am not saying that TRE is the only thing we require to navigate through these times of significance and transformational power. But it is very effective, easy to learn, and cost effective.

A Different Kind of Perspective on Stress Increase

I discovered a very interesting article this week, and highly recommend it for deep insight about the times we live in. Here's a snippet:

"The amount of stress is increasing in our society, due to a successively intensifying chain reaction. To summarize, we are now exposed to an increasing energy flow from the sun, which energizes our "error frequencies" or personal properties. This causes our properties to express themselves according to their specific qualities, and the need for expression has increased considerably lately (during the last 10 - 100 years). Emotional Processing

Emotional processing is an imperative for those who wish to free themselves, from their own emotional pain.

There is no way around it!

What is "Permaculture"?

"Permaculture is a design system for creating sustainable human environments. It is about designing households and communities that are productive, sustaining and largely self reliant and have minimal impact on the environment."

"Our current way of life depletes the soil, pollutes the air, and results in ever decreasing resources. It’s not so much a way of life as a way of death. If future generations are to flourish, we need to re-invent our systems with a long-term view, and permaculture is a toolbox for doing just that. If you’ve never looked into it, perhaps today would be a good day to start."

The Silent Epidemic of Male Depression

This is a powerful review of Terrence Real's excellent book about the silent epidemic of male depression (bold and underline are mine):
"Dr. Real's approach to describing depression in men offers a broad perspective that permits coherent examination of what might otherwise appear to be unrelated male behaviors. The patterns he associates with covert depression and which he describes so lucidly will be familiar to many. Men, dare to look carefully at yourselves. Women, thoughtfully consider your partners. Sons, study your fathers, learn, and be alert for the telltale patterns in your own lives. The violence Terrence Real attributes to men who live with unidentified covert depression is not always physical. Emotional "violence" can be more pernicious because our society does not recognize it or address it as effectively as physical violence in the law and through the remedies available from our legal system..."
Depression can be defined as disconnection to one's psychological core, resulting in numbness and a vicious cycle of ever-increasing emotional pain. Paradoxically, it is horribly painful to be numbed out and disconnected from one's aliveness.

In my view, male depression (and the same can be said of females) often arises due to violence (emotional, not necessarily physical) inflicted against the psyche, usually at an earlier age. The pain of violence against one's integrity can be so severe, that the pain is turned against the self.

This violence "turned against self" is not metaphorical - it exists as a physiological reality in the body.

But who inflicts the pain to begin with? According to Real, the answer is often parents or guardians, who are themselves full of pain, because they themselves were holding on to traumatic experiences that they did not resolve. Thus, the chain of trauma passes like a relay baton from one unconscious generation to the next, until one individual in the lineage stands up and chooses to defeat the pain rather than allowing it to be maliciously victorious.

Depression is tormentingly painful. It is a devastating disconnection from the stream of life.

Men often deal with it by externalizing their pain, lashing out on others with whips of anger and abuse (emotional or physical).

The subjects of these lashings are often loves ones. The woman. The son. The daughter. The mother. The father. Friends.

The lashing out serves as an "offloading" mechanism, a temporary relief of pain by passing on the burden unto others. This is a tragedy, and occurs because the skill to contain the pain and deal with it are lacking in the depressed man. If depression is not dealt with (a groundbreaking method that Real does not talk about is Trauma Releasing Exercises) and the skill of containment is not painstakingly developed, the magnitude of the psychological pain will defeat reason, and that's why we often hear men who hurt their loved ones after a fit of rage and brutality say: "something took me over, I could not help it, I couldn't control it".

It's true, they could not "help it". In that moment, the depression was stronger than them, and took them over. They were not strong enough, it overpowered them.

The key to freedom from depression for men is to come out of denial about it. To challenge pride, ego, and social stigmas. And to face it.

To face the inner force of violence (against the self), that maintains depression on the throne.

Whatever demons we do not face, will exert destructive dominion over us and disconnect us from our inner power.

Whatever demons we face, will become catalysts for our inner growth and healing. They will lose power, the more we reclaim our power.

The path of freedom from depression is not easy. At all. It requires courage. In the form of self-honesty. It requires commitment. It requires knowledge. And it requires humility, in the form of asking for support.

What we face and deal with, will make us stronger. Two groundbreaking and effective tools for facing and dealing with depression are Trauma Releasing Exercises and The Presence Process. A competent therapist can also help us recover our sense of self-worth, and develop relational skills which we did not get a chance to do.

What we deny and do not deal with, will not magically disappear. That is childish thinking. It will fester, like a sore wound. And infect people around us, especially the ones we love the most.

Energetic (i.e. "Spiritual") Aspects of Illness and Disharmonious Relationships

"Spiritual aspects of illness may manifest as Power Loss, Soul Loss, Intrusions, Ancestral Wounding, or Energetic imprints in the Luminous Energy Field..."
Read more: http://www.thehollowbone.com/shamanism.html

Many people in today's world are suffering from power loss and soul loss, which paves the way for intrusions. This manifests as symptoms such as depression and loss of self-esteem, and disharmonious relationships. Due to the perceptual blindness induced by the materialistic worldview, people are uninformed about the root causes of their suffering, and fail to address the problem on the energetic level, the causal point of the imbalance.

New tools such as Trauma Releasing Exercises and The Presence Process are "quantum tools" that can allow an individual to recover from power loss and soul loss, in a self-reliant way. This is a huge development in our species' evolution.

However, seeking the assistance of a skilled and compassionate shamanic practitioner can help us access insight into our predicament, deepen our self-knowledge, and reclaim lost power and vitality sooner.

"Overshadowed" - The Phenomenon of Energetic Interference from a Compassionate Shamanic Perspective

Possession illness can include being overshadowed by someone else’s emotions, desires and fears. It can be a part of both mental illness and physical illness, and can include symptoms such as voices in the head, energy blocks in the body, foggy thinking, addictions, sexual stimulation, general negativity and energetic phenomena.

The Energetic Heart and Our Well-Being

Scientific research into the energetic aspects of the human heart shows the vital role emotions play in our well-being. Emotions are "energies in motion" and have magnetic qualities, attracting positive and negative energetic similarities in a spectrum beyond visible light.

For those who wish for freedom from suffering (for themselves and the people around them), emotional development toward coherence is not an option.

It is an imperative.

Two tools for developing deeper emotional coherence are Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises and The Presence Process. For those interested, Heartmath.com provides further scientific insight into the energetics of the human heart.
